Blueprint, Schematic, and Engineering Compliance 

Vulcan Custom Fabrication manufactures components and performs structural fusing based directly upon the blueprints, measurements, and architectural specifications provided by the client, general contractor, or primary project engineer. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all supplied specifications are accurate, up to code, and approved by a certified professional engineer (P.Eng.). Vulcan Custom Fabrication disclaims any and all liability for structural failures, project delays, re-fabrication costs, or compliance rejections arising from flawed, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated client-supplied specifications. 

Mobile On-Site Safety & Operational Limitations 

Our Mobile Welding Services are executed in strict accordance with standard field safety protocols. However, on-site welding involves high temperatures, open arcs, sparks, and localized hazards. The property owner, asset manager, or general contractor must ensure that the designated work zone is free of combustible materials, properly ventilated, and structured to prevent unauthorized bystander access. Vulcan Custom Fabrication cannot be held liable for property damages or structural interruptions occurring due to unrevealed on-site safety hazards, hidden structural defects, or failure of the site management team to maintain proper workspace conditions.
